Shipping policy

We will try to get your order shipped as soon as possible. Usually, we will be able to ship your items in 1-5 days. Sometimes, there are events that are out of our control that affect shipping times (pre-orders, high order volume, etc.) Always check the description of an item to see if it is pre-made (ready to ship) or pre-order. Check our emails and/or social media accounts for updates on pre-order items or delays in shipping. Once your order has been shipped, your package is not our responsibility. If your order is lost in transit or damaged in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping service for help.
